Carol Ross
Carol Ross
I am a native of Washington who spent most of my summers exploring the coastal forests and beaches of the Northwest. I’ve learned the names of birds and waterfowl from my father, how to enjoy life from my mother and how to create emotion and mood in my art from hours of study and practice.
My studio is surrounded by nature with a 300-degree view of a lake that teaches me about fog and light on a daily basis. Lake Sammamish is a significant influence on my art and life!
As a member of the prestigious Women Painters of Washington, Carol shows her work in multiple Northwest Galleries with a special focus on Seascapes and landscapes as well as Narrative Work.
