My work centers on “gestation” and “transformation,” inspired by the frustrations and inner dialogues of motherhood. Flowers serve as a unifying motif, symbolizing the womb as a vessel of life. Branches and buds extend like umbilical networks, nourishing deformed insects, fish, birds, and beasts. Like a dream returning to life, these transformed creatures multiply and are reborn among the blossoms. I do not validate motherhood through bloodlines; instead, I use painting to revive the soul. Each piece is my offspring—a form of “alternative reproduction.” My womb has become a garden.
